Selection Process
The AOC selection process includes the following stages:
Written Examination:
Objective-type questions covering General English, Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Awareness.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Standards Test (PST):
PET involves activities like running and physical tasks.
PST ensures candidates meet the required height, weight, and chest measurements.
Skill/Trade Test (if applicable):
Specific to roles like Carpenter, Painter, and Driver.
Medical Examination:
Comprehensive health check to ensure fitness.
