IIT Guwahati is inviting applications for the position of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under the project “Development of Pigmented Rice-based Antioxidant Rich Traditional and Innovative Food Products as Adaptogens for Reducing Oxidative Stress” at the School of Agro and Rural Technology. As per the official notification, there is only one vacancy for this post. The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₹35,960, including ₹31,000 as basic pay and ₹4,960 as HRA. The tenure of the engagement is 89 days. Applicants must hold an M.Tech/M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a relevant field with a valid NET/GATE qualification and at least two years of research experience.
